About Skyline Buildings Wellington

Quadrille Construction was founded in 2006 and is currently owned by Craig and Catherine Balmforth. We have a team of Qualified Builders, Building apprentice, Painting tradesmen, Joiners and a Management Team. We are proud to service all areas covered under Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt, Porirua and Wellington City councils. Our loyal pool of reliable subcontractors proves our great reputation in the local community.

Craig Balmforth

Craig has trade Certificate in building and is a member of Certified Builders, a Licenced building practitioner and brings over 30 years of building industry experience. Craig along with the Management Team oversee and organise the day to day running of the jobs and project manage all aspects of the builds. They also liase with prospective clients and prepare quotations.

Catherine Balmforth

Catherine had been working part time with Craig for many years. Catherine now looks after the full time day to day running of the office from answering the phone to dealing with the clients, handling the accounting and the general office side of the business.
